Write to contact@vuvi.eu with your phone model, OS version and what happened, or use Settings → Contact Support in the app.

The alarm didn't ring

iPhone: Alta needs iOS 26 or later; allow alarms and notifications for Alta. Android: open Alta and follow Recommended alarm settings (battery and autostart).

A camera mission won't start

Allow camera access for Alta in your phone settings, or tap Need help? → Switch to easy math.

Cancel or restore a subscription

iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. On a new phone, tap Restore on the subscription screen. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google.

Delete your account

In the app: Settings → Your account → Delete account. This immediately deletes your account and everything backed up to it. Without the app: e-mail contact@vuvi.eu from the address you signed in with, subject "Delete my Alta account"; we delete it within 30 days. Deleting the account doesn't cancel a subscription.
